Batch & Small-Run Items: Because we specialize in small-batch, artisanal manufacturing without synthetic stabilizers, some high-demand items may occasionally require an extra 1–2 days of processing. We will always notify you via email if your order faces any unexpected delays.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email containing your tracking information will follow once your package is with the carrier.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship via major domestic carriers (USPS and UPS) to bring you reliable delivery tracking. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Heat & Product Sensitivity Warning
Please Note: Our products are formulated with natural, bioavailable ingredients and do not contain synthetic fillers or melting stabilizers. During warm summer months or if you live in a high-temperature region, products may soften or melt during transit.
To ensure product integrity, we highly recommend retrieving your package from your mailbox or doorstep as promptly as possible after delivery. If your product softens, simply place it in a cool environment or refrigerator for a short time to resolidify.
4. How to Check the Status of Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@tallowcoco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We happily ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS standard shipping.
6. Damages & Issues
We take incredible care in packaging your orders to survive the journey. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always work hard to make it right.
